We believe in the truths, that all Duk County men and women are equal and have some rights and freedom that, under any circumstances whatsoever, must not be constrained. And it is our belief that people in this county shall be free to exercise these rights and freedoms, thereby from the renaissance of the Duk County unto the end. The above mentioned rights are:

> to pursue one's happiness without endangering and
   exploiting other people's rights
> to own property in the Duk County land
> equal protection from the law
> freedom of speech
> freedom of association
> the privilege of living in the Duk County territorial
   geopolitical public arena

We hope to pull off these fundamental goals:

Together in unison, we yearn to build the Duk County,
not only during the Southern Sudan reconstruction era that was just adopted a
year ago by recognition of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA ),
but we are committed to strive wholeheartedly and single-mindedly
to make Duk County one of the few prestigious places for our own endeavor,
as well as for the commemoration of all our
beloved sisters, beloved brothers, beloved parents,
beloved relatives, and beloved friends
that we have lost to over two decade of civil war.
We who are still alive are here to live the lives of those
whom we inevitably lost in the war by realizing the strength of
unity, love, caring, selfless acts, compassion, grace
and wearing of the welcoming face to our county's neighbors
who might be looking for our help .
Thanks to God that he fashioned Duk County as a plateau and as a piece of land blessed with a profusion of water and a land that flows with milk and honey.
